WAR

On February 24, 2022, I woke up in Kyiv from explosions.
Russia attacked my country Ukraine.
Our lives have been turned upside down.
My illustrations are my way of expressing my feelings and what I see around me.
#standwithukraine #stopwarinukraine #stopwarinukraine
This illustration is dedicated to those Ukrainians who were forced to leave because their house was destroyed...
Many people took their animals with them, but, unfortunately, many also left their cats and dogs (and other animals) to die in closed houses or threw them out into the streets... I have my own mini shelter for homeless animals, and we are trying to help abandoned animals and people who have many animals, who didn't leave them and cannot feed them now.
This illustration is dedicated to those people who took the children out of the cities where the fighting is going on and that were captured and bombed by Russian soldiers.
People put "CHILDREN" signs on the windows and stick white tapes on the car, which means that they are civilians to prevent them from being shot at. But this does not always help, unfortunately, and many civilians have already been killed.
This illustration is about a girl named Polina who was killed along with her family by a Russian tank when they were trying to leave Kyiv.
I dedicated this illustration to the horses that were set on fire in their stables by Russian soldiers. Already a lot of my familiar stables near Kyiv, Mariupol, and Kharkiv were burned. A lot of horses who I did know died in this senseless cruel war. These horses were a beautiful dream of my friends. And now they have lost that dream.
Just Russian Spring...
This is how I see Russia. Senseless and cruel power and people who, for the sake of power over the whole world and for the sake of everyone being afraid of them, are ready for anything. Zombie Ghost of the Soviet Union.
I will add new illustrations here...
This illustration was drawn for a girl whose young bull was killed by a bomb. He lived with her like a pet and knew many commands and tricks.
This illustration is about a 4 year boy Sasha Yakhno, whom his grandmother tried to save from the Russian military on a boat in a village near Kyiv. Later grandmother was found dead near the boat, and everybody were trying to find Sasha for a month. All Ukraine prayed for him. But the miracle did not happen, Sasha was found dead...
In the city of Kramatorsk, Ukraine, the Russian military dropped the bomb on a crowd of people who were waiting for evacuation trains at the railway station.
There were civil people: families, children, old people. The bombing killed more than 50 people, including children. More than 100 people were injured. On the bomb was written: "For the children".
This cat was found alone in a bombed-out house in the little town of Makarov near Kyiv, Ukraine.
Fortunately, one girl saw his photo, went to look for him, found him and took him to her place in Kyiv!
How much more childish blood, the blood of innocent people do you need to get drunk enough?
In the city of Borodyanka, all the days of occupation by Russian troops, dogs were closed in a shelter. Nobody could get to them. The dogs died an agonizing death for more than a month without food or water.
There were 485 dogs in total. 222 dogs died. 263 dogs rescued by volunteers in an exhausted state.
