ENROLLMENT SERIES POSTCARDS
Postcards created for USA New Student Recruitment.
This project for the University of South Alabama was created to inspire high school students to attend USA. Each postcard was sent out during fall, spring and summer semesters to high schools across the country to promote Fall 2016 admissions. Each postcard measures as standard postcard size of 4.5” x 5.5” and was double sided. The images for living, connecting & excelling were used in email blasts to high school students as well.

GRADUATE STUDENT BOOKLET BROCHURE
Annual booklet brochure created for USA Office of Graduate Affairs.
Every year, the USA Graduate Office would request a new rendition of their graduate school programs. I was given updated information, such as course or program changes, and would redesign the booklet. The brochure would range from a minimum of 8 pages to over 20 depending on their allocated funds for print production. It was my responsibility to obtain updated information, quote production costs, gain department approvals, and redesign the brochure according to USA's new brand guidelines.

EVENT AND CORRESPONDENCE GRAPHICS
Email and website graphics created for USA New Student Recruitment.
E-mail and website designs are vital in this modern world. I created image based content graphics for Constant Contact e-blasts as well as updated web graphics for USA's website. Each e-blast content would be made as interactive files allowing for recipients to click using any type of digital platform or mail tool to access curated information.

CUSTOM EVENT POSTERS
Printed event posters created for USA New Student Recruitment, Office of Admissions, etc.
Another of my core responsibilities was to create posters for each New Student, Admissions, Graduate and Transfer Student event. These posters would be displayed throughout campus with some, such as orientation posters, being displayed at even larger formats like wall decals and billboards. Each poster went through a rigorous approval process but, once approved, I would be responsible for the print production and installation of these posters according to the department head requirements or preferences.

STUDENT PROCUREMENT MAILERS
Custom printed mail outs created for USA New Student Recruitment, Office of Admissions, etc.
One of my standard responsibilities while working for USA was to visualize, create and print custom mailers for potential new students. These mailers would range from custom events, annual reminders to orientation packets. I would procure recruitment information from each department, condense and design proofs of the mailers then send to the department heads for approvals. Once approved, the mailers would be broken into bi-fold, tri-fold, etc. formats for print production.

WEBSITE ICONS
Minimally designed icons for USA Office of Admissions.
Working with the new USA brand standards, I had to create and re-imagine icons for the University of South Alabama Admissions website. All icons were created in Adobe Illustrator and designed to give a consistent look to the Admissions website, as well as print materials, while staying diverse and eye-catching.
