This programme, championed by OMEGA watches, allows successful athletes at youth level to progress and make the last step to becoming successful at an elite level – i.e. breaking world records / winning medals.

Eight young athletes per year are selected to take part in this programme across various sports, each is paired with an existing OMEGA asset – a high profile sports star who will be on board as a mentor figure for our young guns.

There is also a closed network community, a personal portal, that allows the young athletes to communicate with each other, their mentors and manage facets of their day-to-day training regimes.
