This brand was made as a passion project and we wanted to incorporate original character designs for the company. More specifically, we wanted to use a cartoon illustration style to give it a nostalgic aesthetic. First we decided on a donut shop as we believe it allowed for a more creative branding opportunity. While brainstorming names, we chose a sports themed donut shop as it gave us the exact feel we were trying to achieve. Overall the project was a great way to express ourselves creatively, play with sports puns and out of the box merchandise.
