Through the women in my family, I seek to understand trauma and it's inheritance in their lives as well as mine. How women are nurturing, giving and selfless in the multiple roles they play in relationships. My work also reflects on our insecurities, love languages and coping mechanisms developed across years- plant therapy to motivated forgetting; providing women (sometimes, the only) chance to heal. This is a journey of understanding the roots of trauma through unlearning and relearning.
