Hey everyone!

Today i work on how to increase or extract hairs and change background.  There is an important tool in adobe Photoshop Named (Select then Mask) in Adobe Photoshop cc2014 it is also named as (Refine Edge) 

Use of Refine Edge or Select than mask:

firstly you select your target and then click on the refine edge to cover all the part on Photo. 

How to paste it on the background?

Just click on current layer and PRESS {Ctrl+c}

goto the background and paste CTRL+V

and adujest it 

Recomandation:

1      Use 37% blur on Upper side of the Photo to Merge Pixels to Background

2      Decrease the Fill to 97 or 96%
