Art Deco Themed Poster
Christmas Party Event at Kleinbergs's Bar
This poster was created in A3 size as a personal project. The idea was to create a Poster inspired from the Era of "Art Deco" also known as the "Jazz Moderne". The movement of Art deco is known for the end of the organic era of Art Nuevo so we can see many straight, zic zac lines, geometry, and neat organization of shapes and forms, I tried to incorporate all these in my design. The Era had references from the art of Maya, Egyptians, futurist and expressionism so I created a rather flat illustration with degrade colors to look like the illustrations that was used back then. The font used in the title "Bifur" was created from Adolphe M. Cassandre who was a known graphic designer of the era.
