Welcome to my design portfolio featuring an innovative solution: the Tooling Storage Depot. This concept addresses the unique needs of automotive production, specifically within a press line of a cutting-edge automotive terminal. The Tooling Storage Depot encompasses specialized tooling carts that streamline the tool exchange process while ensuring their protection from damage and contaminants.
These tooling carts have been meticulously engineered to optimize efficiency and safeguard the valuable press line tooling. Each cart serves as a secure and organized container for the essential tools utilized in the automotive production process. These carts not only facilitate quick tool exchanges but also shield the tools from potential breakage and dirt accumulation, ensuring their longevity and performance.
The storage depot environment itself is designed with precision and practicality in mind. It incorporates protective measures to prevent the carts from scratching or damaging the surrounding area.
