The Toast
Old Cricket drowns and Little Bear toasts with his friends. African friends on medieval ships, in nearby seas, with Catalan cava on waves that cry for art nouveau. They are maple and oak tears, iroko and merbau.

On the back of these pieces I laser mark the title and signature. Then I fill with chalk paint, sandpaper, wax and polish. I love the result. The wood you see is pommele mahogany.
Solid wood sanded and polished with natural wax, without dyes or varnishes, specifically selected for each piece, cut with laser light and assembled with great care.
For this work I have used six layers of wood. Without a doubt, this is the most difficult part of the design of these pieces: designing with the least number of layers of wood so that the entire drawing is seen correctly.
