Placida Compound was the 1st project we've lunched since we started "Bonian". "Placida" is a spanish word means quitness, and that is what the nature of the site offers to its residents.

Two aspects had to be respected in this project, the first was fulfilling the calm pace quality; we took an early design decision to deny any car traffic inside the compound, only a 2 lane road embrace the compound. The second aspect was shape of spaces and inclusion; the key was compromising between making a practical lots and having a tidy shaped, moreover practical masterplan.
P.S : The logo was inspired by the shaping of the master plan.

 Every project got to have its own rich identity, we've chosen to follow the spanish style's lines. This identity got its own visual qualities which maintains the pace of calmness we've created, moreover can be optimized according to any budget. One goal of Placida Compound is to provide the market not only with a quite lots and nice looking villas, but also offering the entire experience in a reasonable price.
