On a per capita basis, Singapore suffers from having the 2nd highest incidences of cyber-bullying in the world. And in cyberspace, a bully can hide behind a veil of anonymity or disguise their hurtful remarks as a bad joke.

 

The idea seeks to protect the victims while helping them to lower the self-esteems of the bullies, so that the bullies will stop targeting the victims. It is also able to empower the victims to stand up for themselves, help the target audience to respect one and other, and bring across the fact that taking reaponsibility for their actions online is the best way to create a better internet.
