IMAGE DESCRIPTIONS

|| Combinations:

This idea is about combining various unrelated objects, often two, into something that will still display a reasonable piece.

|| Juxtaposition:

This is idea is to focus on showing the differences between two objects instead of the similarities.

|| Isolation:

Isolation is about gaining the viewers focus on a specific part of the piece. This is done by visually separating the object from anything it might relate with.

|| Metaphor or Simile:

A simile is a type of metaphor. This means your images will need to have meaning behind them as they will need to relate with what is being displayed on the page.

|| Change of Context/Environment:

The objects that will be displayed need to have a change in visual context or environment to enhance the meaning or idea behind the piece.

|| Physical/Shape Similarity:

In this concept we are trying to connect physical similarities between two objects that do not normally have any connections to display a specific relationship between them.

|| Material Change/Swap/Focus:

This concept should display a change in material or background that we are typically accustomed to viewing in an object.
