Deux jeunes filles
On December 14, 2021, I enrolled in Marina's arts class.
It was quite difficult to recreate Pierre Auguste's painting. I painted with oil paints, just like the artist, and the instructor advised me on which colors to use. She assisted me in refining the facial features. Painting the flowers and hats was the most enjoyable part. If I were to recreate this painting, I would try to improve the hand and clothing. I'm satisfied with the overall result for my first time with portraits and this is my favorite painting so far.
