PDS wanted to present themselves as a customer service oriented department.
We developed the “Casey” persona. Casey and her team are there to help employees. The home page was designed to be broken into sections of frequently requested information.
This is one of several departments that fall under the umbrella of Campus Services. PDS wanted it’s own personality, but this site must also relate to the other Campus Services departments as well as the overall Case brand.
