Denial
Denial is a coping mechanism that gives you time to adjust to distressing situations — But Staying in denial will hurt you more than you are trying to protect yourself by refusing to accept the truth about something that's happening in your life. Don’t - you will become a messy room of so many versions of you, convincing each other what could have been done to meet your expectations/desires.
Just…  let your fears face the world you will become so much better every day. Nothing is a greater challenge than to win your own self for a better tomorrow.
One rule:
Never quit trying to become better than yesterday - you are unique, train yourself for a better purpose bigger than yourself today.
