One Love Tribe of Antigua, W.I. wanted to record some of their history and share their story on their continued struggle for cultural acceptance and the decriminalization of ganja (marijuana), a plant whose use they consider part of the Livity of Rastafarianism. Recent victories include the legal possession of 10 grams of marijuana in public and the possession of personal plant grown at home. Their interviews and photographs constitute the first steps in my quest to document Rastafarian culture and history in Antigua & Barbuda. I use a mixture of 35mm film and DSLR.
