The Ritz Carlton: Japan
A video project designed to show the journey through the land of the rising sun as a fantastic and exciting experiences, seen through the lens of the Ritz Carlton experience. A whirlwind of a project that had our team criss crossing Japan to visit each of the hotels and discovering what made each hotel special.

The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka - The gateway to western Japan, Osaka's centuries old history blends with modern luxury at at this Umeda district hotel.
The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto - Steeped in history and honed by luxury, The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto expresses the culture of its city in a language of thoughtful details.
The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa - Blending the warmth of the local culture with the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding hills and sea, this resort is expressed through a caring spirit and thoughtful amenities.
The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko - Hidden in Japan’s northern Kanto region and set along the scenic Lake Chuzenji, this hotel offers a pristine haven where nature and culture are revered. The world’s only The Ritz-Carlton branded onsen draws natural hot spring water direct from Nikko Yumoto Onsen, a renowned magical hot spring destination ever since its discovery more than 1200 years ago.
The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo - A stay at this downtown Tokyo hotel begins on the 45th level of the city’s tallest building, where floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame the skyline, from Tokyo Tower, National Stadium to Mt. Fuji.

The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko is situated on the land of nature and history where visitors can discover the serenity, simplicity and beauty of Japanese culture. The destination features diverse natural treasures including the Kegon Falls and an array of famous Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines. Throughout the hotel, local elements are elevated yet retain Japan’s beautiful minimalism: luxury accommodations feature traditional engawas, or porches, and the wellness experience is highlighted by an onsen, or hot spring, the only of its kind for The Ritz-Carlton.
