O filme Diante dos meus olhos (2018), do diretor André Félix, traz uma abordagem documental inovadoa para a história d'Os Mamíferos, uma das bandas que mais se destacaram no cenário da contracultura capixaba dos anos 60 e 70.

O cartaz foi desenvolvido a partir de um registro fotográfico da banda durante o intervalo de uma filmagem: os músicos ao fundo, desfocados, e um monitor em primeiro plano, trazendo um recorte da imagem. A sobreposição dos elementos próprios da fotografia, juntamente com o título, ainda são reforçados pela repetição da imagem nas duas laterais do cartaz, fazendo ressonância com os recursos gráficos utilizados pelo diretor no filme: distorções da imagem, estética glitch e sobreposições de cenas.

The movie Diante dos meus olhos [ Before My Eyes ] (2018), by André Félix, brings an innovative documentary approach to the history of Os Mamíferos, one of the bands that stood out the most in the Espírito Santo counterculture scene of the 60s and 70s.

The poster was developed from a photographic register of the band during a filming break: the musicians in the background, out of focus, and a monitor in the foreground, bringing a clipping of the image. The overlapping of the elements of the photograph, along with the title, are still reinforced by the repetition of the image on both sides of the poster, resonating with the graphic resources used by the director in the film: image distortions, glitch aesthetics and scene overlays.
