ACEL’s Australian Educational Leader (AEL) publication, since 1979, is recognised nationally and internationally as a practical journal for the exchange of current research, trends, and innovations in educational leadership.

The journal is published quarterly and delivered to over five thousand active members across Australia and New Zealand.

The journal's production and design was outsourced but in 2018 I took on the role to redesign the publication from concept to delivery so the entire creation process of the journal was in-house. I was the sole producer of the creation of every issue for 3 years before moving into a managerial role and assigning the role to my team.
