ABOUT PROJECT
Location: Ukraine, Kharkiv | House Area: 310 m² | Project Year: 2021
Materials: porcelain stoneware, thermo ash decking, facade plaster
One-story house located on a flat plot. There are four bedrooms in the house, one of which is a guest bedroom. The master bedroom has its bathroom and dressing room. The kitchen-living room, which is higher than the rest of the rooms, is the center of the composition of the whole house. This method emphasizes its importance because the living room is a place of attraction, where the family spends most of the time. The kitchen, if necessary, can be closed with a sliding system. Another interesting detail of this block is the additional natural light in the upper part of the room. Such the method allowed to create a play of light in the room throughout the day. From the living room, you can access the terrace. And there are you can see an outdoor pool, whirlpool, and barbecue area.

Одноповерховий будинок, розташований на рівнинній земельній ділянці. У будинку є 4 спальні, одна з яких гостьова. При спальні господарів будинку є свій санвузол та гардероб. Центром композиції всього будинку є приміщення кухні-вітальні, яке вище за всі інші. Цим прийомом підкреслено його значення, вітальня це місце тяжіння, де сім'я проводить більшу частину часу. Кухня, за необхідності, може закриватися за допомогою розсувної системи. Ще однією цікавою деталлю цього блоку є додаткове природне освітлення у верхній частині. Такий прийом дозволив створити гру світла у кімнаті протягом усього дня. З вітальні можна потрапити на терасу з відкритим басейном, гідромасажною ванною та зоною барбекю.
