AVG GROUP ACTED AS A GENERAL DESIGNER TO THE PROJECT
XIT Mall - is a modern shopping center located in a densely populated area of Kyiv at the intersection of the E-40 international highway and the metro. AVG Group acted as the general designer and author of the interior design.
The shopping center was designed as a two-storey building with a utilized roof for open parking and an underground level. Elevators, escalators and stairs lead to the level of the utilized roof. In addition to retail space, catering establishments and office premises are located here.

The entrances for visitors to the complex are designed taking into account the pedestrian and traffic flows on the territory of the microdistrict, and the transport scheme for servicing the territory provides a convenient access from the main highways. In addition, XIT MALL can be accessed directly from the metro.
The appearance of the shopping center is determined by its internal structure. The main focus is put on highlighting the entrance groups, accentuated by overtop lighting and other architectural and decorative techniques. The integrity of the geometric facade of the building is created by a combination of colored lamellas, fiber cement plates, sandwich panels of restrained colors, glazing and decorative elements of the facade.
Live ambient traffic has led to the use of media facades as an interactive, navigation and advertising tool. The finishing materials were selected taking into account the heavy traffic, vandal-resistant non-combustible materials were used that imitate natural coatings.
The project team faced a difficult task - to create a cozy, but at the same time minimalistic European interior. The interior design uses the Scandinavian style - simple lines and functional materials successfully emphasize the symbiosis of facade and interior solutions.
Due to the fact that the conceptual solution, architecture and engineering were developed all together by AVG Group specialists, the customer received the desired result in the shortest possible time.
