A data visualization project was done for a group that wanted to highlight the impact of their colleague's work in the company, upon her leaving her position. 

Each of the plants is one project she worked on. Each plant has 3 flowers. Smallest represents mark of the starting project year on the circular timeline. The middle flower contains a symbol marking the topic of the project (4 types described in the legend). The biggest flower is the main fruit of her work, and that is the amount of people she reached and helped. For the projects where I didn't have information on amount of people I said how many lectures or products were produced to again highlight her wonderful work in education and helping youth.

The size of plants and the numbers of leaves on them show the level of impact of the project and the values it brought, both to society and her office. 

All the data was collected from her colleagues. 

The clients loved the design and the girl was very emotional upon receiving the gift, so mission accomplished! ^_^
