How do I approach the project?
1. Define with the Administration department and/or Heads of units the requirements and needs that the policy must fulfil.
2. Research on existing policies about the subject.Identification of key points that must be include in the new policy.Sketch an initial table of contents.
3. Write down policy text.Check with Administration department and/or Heads of units the fulfilment of the requirements and needs defined.
4. Publish the new policy on the appropriate channels.
