Pan American World Airways were airline pioneers that changed the aviation industry forever. They made commercial flying accessible to the public and achieved things that other airlines only dreamed of. Engagement with Pan Am was not only sought after by consumers, but also to work for the airline was an achievement and a privilege. Due to various circumstances Pan Am no longer exists, but their legacy is still alive in today’s society.
To ensure the success of Pan Am’s revival we made make sure the brand’s new image communicates the brand values of trustworthy, hospitable and caring. Pan Am’s new visual identity projects a stylish and desirable experience to appeal to the new generation of travelers. The change also acknowledges and pays homage to their previous instantly recognizable identity.
