ABOUT PROJECT

Location: Ukraine, Kharkiv | House Area: 225 m² | Project Year: 2021

Materials: clinker bricks STROHER, fine-grained facade plaster, thermally modified ash.

The house was designed for a young family on a large, plant-rich plot. One of the features of this project is the use of polished steel in the entrance lobby, the reflection in the mirrored surface of the metal allows the entrance lobby of the house to dissolve into the adjoining landscape.
Decorative lighting is used in the facade finishing, which emphasizes the individuality and aesthetics of the architecture. The terraces are made of thermally modified ash. This choice of materials and lighting allows the house to blend seamlessly into the environment at any time of year.

Будинок був спроектований для молодої сім'ї на великій, насиченій рослинністю ділянці.Однією з особливостей цього проекту є використання полірованої сталі в обробці вхідної групи, відображення у дзеркальній поверхні металу дозволяє розчинити вхідну групу будинку у прилеглому ландшафті.В обробці фасаду використовується декоративна підсвітка, яка підкреслює індивідуальність та естетику архітектури. Тераси виконані з термоясеня. Такий вибір матеріалів та освітлення дозволяють максимально органічно вписати будинок у навколишнє середовище у будь-яку пору року.

We see the entire plot and additional recreational areas from the main terrace of the house, which can be accessed through the large kitchen-living room space. This terrace extends across the entire width of the house and is separated by a two-light staircase space that divides the terrace into two zones: a guest zone and an individual zone. The individual area is accessible from the gym, allowing you to practice yoga or meditate while enjoying the beauty of your surroundings. There is also a sauna complex on the territory of the house, which has a separate terrace with a vat, a place for sunbathing and relaxation.

З головної тераси будинку, на яку можна вийти через великий простір кухні-вітальні, ми бачимо всю ділянку та додаткові зони рекреації. Ця тераса простягається по всій ширині будинку і розділена двосвітним простором сходів, що ділить терасу на дві зони: гостьову та індивідуальну. До індивідуальної зони є доступ із спортзалу, що дозволяє займатися йогою або медитацією, насолоджуючись красою своєї прилеглої території. Також на території будинку розташовується лазневий комплекс, у якого є окрема тераса з чаном та місцем для засмаги та відпочинку.
