36 Days of Type (www.36daysoftype.com) is a project that invites designers, illustrators and graphic artists from all around the world to express their particular interpretation of the letters and numbers of the Latin alphabet, aiming to be a space for creation around typography and its endless graphic possibilities. It's a yearly open call, where participants are challenged to design a letter or number each day for 36 consecutive days.
Here is my first time taking part in this amazing challenge. Inspiration came from retro style magazine ad, where I felt in love with a form of letter "O". All the other letters were created taking this form as a reference point. My workflow started with hand-drawn sketches of letterforms, then refining them as vector drawings in Glyphs font editor and later adding effects in Photoshop.
