Scope of work:
Our team created one platform for all the verification at one place, which enables to function as a multi verification platform for multiple services. From the customer’s perspective, the user can verify all of their information from one place, instead of multiple services with inconsistent user experience.
Design methods used during the project included journey mapping, usability testing, UI/UX design and prototyping solutions.
