Poesía Boricua is a graphic celebration of my culture powered by reggaeton and Puerto Rican slang. It was born from the desire to celebrate my roots and love for everything Latinx.
It is also a tribute to all the translations I've had to make for my Chicano partner and other Latinx friends. We are all fluent Spanish speakers, but our beautiful cultural differences have diversified the language in fun ways. And I'm 100% fluid in Puerto Rican 😉
