Carved Impressions and the website that has come from this has been a labor of love. All of the photography, composite images for the website, illustrated educational imagery, and the websites multiple pages have all be created by me for Signetics, Inc; a small business in North Dayton.

The above composites were so much fun to create. I started off by traveling to a local cemetery to get some background photography so the images I wanted to feature didn't feel out of place when I was finished. The day I was able to spend in the Cox Arboretum  and Dayton's Woodland Cemetery were both relaxing and very creatively inspiring. Then, I took photos many of the headstones we wanted to feature on our site and added the appropriate text and graphics so it would look like a real headstone. Giving it natural light and shadow in Photoshop was a fun set of challenges as each stone gave the photo it was placed into a different feel and therefore changed the overall look.
