I had the awesome opportunity of giving a presentation at Utah State University. I was told to just tell about my work and how I got to where I'm at but I decided to challenge myself to do something that wasn't just a self-serving slide show that we all saw while in school (total eye roll, right?). While I was unable to attend, I was inspired by this year's topics at Weapons of Mass Creation: Fear. So, I put together a few lessons I learned from fears I faced and am still facing. Needless to say, it got pretty real and raw.
