"Nomination of the Year" is RBI's HR tool that helps to get the main corporate message of the coming year across to employees. RBI company asked us to create logo and identity for the nomination of 2021 and also to design souvenirs for employees.
As the main element of the logo, the company wanted to see Moomintroll, the central character of the famous story by Tove Jansson.
About the concept

Our designers created a concept characterized by naivety and craftsmanship. The main characters here are friendly Moomin-trolls, whose images were redesigned by our designers. The images of the characters are complemented by different things: a gift box and festive hats, a construction brush and helmet, etc.This is how we emphasized the spontaneity and liveliness of relations in the RBI team.

Simple illustrations, warm and bright colors, rough textures in the design speak of sincerity, kindness, readiness to help and not to be shy about emotions.
The general composition is made up of different forms, symbolizing aspects of human communication. The forms touch, interact, creating a picture of tactfulness, harmonious living, friendly support.
The final stage of the project was the adaptation of the identity to different media: diaries with humorous motivational phrases, wall calendars and postcards.
As a result, we have a very emotional project that expresses a range of warm feelings and emotions: support, kindness, harmony, attention and care for yourself and others.
