Corporate Brand Identity Redesign for Meissner CRES

NEW CLIENT LAUNCH!
The rebrand for Meissner was a 6-month long process and a brand designer's dream come true (mine that is). Meissner Commercial Real Estate Services is San Diego's number one and largest third-party property management company. They went through a name change due to a partner retiring, which is what initiated the brand overhaul. Next year will be their 30th anniversary in business. Now, that's a client to have!
As you can imagine, this change affected everything the logo and name appeared on. From the new logo and brand identity system with a stationery suite, to proposals, brochures, interior & exterior building signage, swag and then some.

They were ready to just have me update the current logo and materials at that time, but after my Brand Identity Workshop, I helped them realize that their brand needed to transition into more modern and refined visuals that best represent their new and expanded, multi-dimensional services they offer the real estate management industry.
The launch was announced with a cover wrap and inside page on the San Diego Business Journal August 9 – and to their 40+ employees with new business cards, name plates and a polo shirt - along with champagne of course.

From a statement Mr. Meissner said in the journal: “Today, I’m excited to say that Meissner is here to stay for the long run fueled by our new brand and with sights set on future growth.”
Working with the Meissner team was a real pleasure and honor - with frequent in-person meetings (yay!) and lots of laughs.
