Usability Testing - Constant Contact

This was a client team project for a course work.
Background
An Expert Review was completed by the team prior to the start of usability testing. The results of the Expert Review provided preliminary aspects of interest related to the Company X products to be aware of during the usability testing.  During the time frame of March 20th through the 23rd, the team conducted a usability study on the Company X three products.
Study Goals
The main goal of this usability testing is to identify similarities and differences in the visual design and functionality across three Company X products in order to improve efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction of end-users.
Other goals of this study include:
Addressing consistency issues across Company X products mentioned above.  Highlighting common interaction needs across products.  Recommending standard controls to best meet the cross-product needs.
