CONSTRUCTING INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
- The power of “W” questions
- Typical question mistakes and how to avoid them
- The power of follow-up and repeat/reframed questions
- Recognizing the interviewee’s biases and using professional skepticism when analyzing answers
- Taking Stock: This exercise will prompt participants to compare between their current practices and techniques discussed above to prepare for the interview; actionable steps will be outlined
