Company forms an integral part of their core system, however this being a legacy application is not intuitive and has become obsolete over the period of time. 

To enable hassle-free management of current business processes which are carried by department, Company has provided an opportunity to propose a custom modernized solution for their existing application.

I deep dived into their existing application to understand the process “how they works”. The biggest opportunity was to get a centralized system designed. As users were still managing their day to day tasks with using manual paperwork and spreadsheets. After hearing their stories it was very painful for them to work with these old school mechanism.

We interviewed real users and get to know their needs in workshops. We also visited their inventroy store and workplace to know their work process better.

3.2 Design Language: As a sub set-of internal application I suggested company also to be designed by following same visual language we did for for Spark’s another application. Also the look and feel and design system should be same. However client wants app slightly different and I introduced blue gradient to it as client wants it in more corporate look.​​​​​​​

3.4 UI Guidelines: I created a UI guidelines for the system, so that it is feasible for other designers as well as developers who developed it.
