Eliyahu Goldratt's classic "The Goal" tells or describes the production optimization method, also known as the Theory of Constraints. It focuses on optimizing production bottlenecks. In both the novel and the graphic novel, there is a deep insight into management.

My task for this project was to design the cover for the German edition. It should be a very direct adaptation of the original English edition.
