Inspired by the title "Beethoven's Ghost", I used my paintings from the STORM series for this poster, to juxtapose the painting of Beethoven and a more modern art which creates tension and excitement.
Challenging as there's no theme! Decided to play with the photos of musicians and create a retro theme as they are all 80s babies. Decided a bold unconventional look for a classical recital might be a hit-or-miss. In any case, it grabs attention on the shelves.
Inspiration from the musical pieces - with mother and daughter relations, loss, countryside. Decided to use the musicians themselves as backdrop to the landscape. The guitarist was Photoshopped into the image.
