This currency design emphasizes the tropical climate and traditional culture of Thailand while including a modern oriental flair. The design was created with the use of dynamic symmetry, specifically the Golden Section (Phi). The complementary green-red color scheme draws in the eye and keeps the currency unified without disracting viewers. To deter counterfeiting, a Thai silk texture, dynamic layering of color in the 500, complementary overlays and varying opacities in subjects are incorportated into the design. While creating this currency, helping the visually impaired was key, the 500 is very large in a distinguishable area, the image of the King is a key identifier of Thai baht. The currency design remains organized and simple for easy identification.
