A Consulting engineers with a footprint throughout Africa UWP Consulting undertook a grassroots effort to re-evaluate who they were as an organization, what their transformed internal demographics were and how the sector perceived them. Focused on real change, UWP defined their new company values, renamed, rebranded and relaunched as Mariswe Consulting Engineers.

Needing a clean-slate identity that wouldn’t alienate their current clients, business relationships, and negate esteem built-up over decades required a staged release of the identity over several months.
