Cultural Awareness Campaign

In the 1960s Detroit was America's largest industrial center for the automobile industry. Tens of thousands of workers worked in General Motors, Ford, and FCA plants. Soon cheap Japanese cars, which consumed less fuel and were less expensive to produce, began to enter the American market. Gradually they began to squeeze Detroit's automobile monsters out of the market,
and the city began to decline.

In 2013, the city of Detroit declared bankruptcy. this precedent was the largest municipal decline in the history of the united states.

In order to raise public spirits somehow, the government launched a campaign of cultural awareness for the population.

The only question is whether the citizens need it.
