In chronological order, some new drawings where I've been experimenting with hatching.

It started with one building in Paris, very near my home. It is an impressive one, but I felt my usual painting technique for the building wouldn't be particularly appealing, so I tried to just hatch out the heck out of shadows, in a rather quick-and-dirty way.

Then I thought I could use the same technique, but for the surrounding buildings. And being me, this quickly escalated to a horribly time-consuming (think 20+ hours –I didn't count– of maniacally tedious Apple pencil wielding) process.
