"Scolty Hill'  Banchory, Aberdeenshire -Scottish Landscape Art Print

This Abstract Landscape print is part of a series of illustrations based on my local Aberdeenshire area.  

Overlooking my home town of Banchory is Scolty Hill.  Flanked with quiet woodlands, there are numerous trails that wander through tall larch and pine trees forests.  You might spot a red squirrel or even a pine martin if you are really lucky. 
The hill, topped by the distinctive Scolty Tower, affords panoramic views over Royal Deeside and the Grampian mountains.
