j-labs is a Polish programming company established by engineers for engineers in 2008. It ensures complete development teams, individual engineers, as well as entire project outsourcing in agile software development models.


Goal:
We have been assigned the task of comprehensively refreshing the company's image as part of the rebranding. The new creation was not only supposed to emphasize the professionalism and experience of the company, but above all, to emphasize its unique approach to project management. Most importantly, j-labs directs is activities equally to the customers, as well as to the current and potential employees as part of its multi-level employer branding activities. Therefore, the creation was supposed to respond to the needs of these two, very different, target groups.


What do we do?
After the effective implementation of the rebranding in 2018, we have been supporting j-labs within the scope of the design of the promotional, sales, and recruitment materials, as well as in ensuring the support and development of the company's website.








Full scope of work
Phase of obtaining information: assumptions analysis, strategic goals analysis, environmental analysis.
Phase of building a brand’s strategy: specifying the basic elements of brand communication strategies.
Phase of designing the base of the brand: logo, brand design, standardization.
Phase of designing of materials: office supplies, commercial materials, online materials, office signage.
Phase of implementing the system: standardization, brand book.
