Komatsu Poland is the exclusive distributor of the Comatsu construction machinery in Poland. Together with Balt (the Baltic countries) and Suomen Rakennuskone (Finland), it forms the Tecnosumit North East distribution group.


Goal:
Our task was refreshing the Komatsu Poland and Baltem, Suomen Rakennuskone and Tecnosumit North East image as part of one coherent concept.

One the one hand, each of these companies is responsible for the distribution of the Komatsu machines in its region. However, in addition, it sells also other brands (each company also has different brands in its sales portfolio). All of this was quite a challenge – how would you combine, all part of one branding, the brands of 3 distributors (Komatsu Poland, Baltem, Suomen Rakennuskone), of the Tecnosumit Group affiliating them, simultaneously maintaining the Komatsu brand identity, as well as making it possible for it to combine with the other brands in distribution, such as Sennebogen, Terex Finlay, or Husqvarna.

We have suggested a concept which, on the one hand, is pretty much associated with construction machinery, but which, on the other hand, is flexible, and which gives room for appropriately combining brands. As a result, a modern and practical branding was created and implemented within the scope of the entire international Group.








Full scope of work
Phase of obtaining information: assumptions analysis, strategic meeting.
Phase of designing the base of the brand: logo design, brand design, logo standardization, brand design standardization.
Phase of designing of materials: office supplies, commercial materials, online materials, company building signage.
