The IMS group is one of the leaders of the furniture industry, and they are present in over 30 countries. IMS designs, manufactures, and sells, upholstered and wooden furniture, in almost all segments of the furniture market.


Goal:
Our task was to develop a creation which will be appreciate not only by the customers, but also by the partners and by the employees of the company from various countries. We chose a modern and universal concept, allowing to implement the multi-level business goals of the Group.








Full scope of work
Phase of obtaining information: business plan analysis, marketing plan analysis, strategic goal's analysis, environmental analysis.
Phase of building a brand’s strategy: environmental image analysis, brand attributes, offer, customers and brand stakeholders, brand benefits, personality and values, brand essence, main message and its confirmation, style of communication.
Phase of designing the base of the brand: logo, brand design, standardization.
Phase of designing of materials: office supplies, commercial materials, online materials, office signage, space.
Phase of implementing the system: standardization, brand book, production.
