Situated far away from Dnipro, Romankiv has a channel of its own similar to a pond. It is eight meters deep and carps live there. There is a terrace on one of the banks with a façade copying the bank line. It is difficult to notice it from the ground, you should fly over Romankiv to see it. The façade has irregular forms and we consider it as the most appropriate solution.

We were designing this terrace to minimize environmental impact. So, due to this reason the terrace was built on bored piles twisted manually; we did not use any metal grills, formwork, monoliths, iron frame etc. And due to this reason we used larch without any prior protective processing, which will get darker with time.

Розташований далеко від Дніпра, Романків має власний канал глибиною вісім метрів густонаселений коропами. На одному з берегів ми побудували терасу з фасадною лінією, що копіює берег. Це важко помітити з землі, вам слід злетіти над селищем, щоб побачити цю красу.

Ми проектували цю террасу так щоб мінімізувати вплив на навколишнє середовище. Отже вона була побудована на буронабивних палях, змонтованих вручну; ми не використовували жодних металевих деталей, опалубки, монолітів, залізного каркасу, тощо. І саме тому ми використовували модрину без попередньої захисної обробки, яка з часом набере свого неповторного відтінку.
