The dishes are made of compostable material. The basis of the material is flax, sesame seed pomace and potato starch . The material was developed in cooperation with a local, artisan oil press company.
They are an alternative to disposables, which are a problem that causes environmental pollution. Dishes can be used at openings, festivals, food trucks and picnics.
The idea behind the project is to use local resources to reduce the carbon footprint.
