In 2019, the previously published AA book, Twelve Steps and Twelve Addictions, became available in DVD format in a new translation using American Sign Language (ASL).

The 12-step program begins with accepting one’s lack of control over drinking, leads to achieving one’s own sobriety, and ends with sponsoring a new AA member on their own path to sobriety.
