// final project: S04 synthesis:multifamily housing - The goal of the project is to create a new gathering place across from the imposing Belgrade Fair, in a location that, at first glance, is neglected and dilapidated, but due to its good position and surrounding facilities, it has enormous potential. A good microclimate due to the proximity of the river gives the possibility of introducing a large amount of greenery, which is one of the main elements of my project. In addition to housing, some of the main facilities are business, cultural centre and sports. On several levels, along the boulevard itself, there is a co-working space with numerous halls and offices for publishing, depending on the capacity of different companies, as well as a concert hall and a gallery. The tract facing Senjak has a residential function, but it also contains a spa center, a gym, a sports center and numerous common areas that increase the quality of housing. Residents and employees would have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful greenery that adorns the facade and the ambiance it creates together with the pipes to which it is attached.
