Getliņi, the largest municipal solid waste landfill in the Baltic States. The landfill is one of the most modern landfills in Europe; at the moment, it is created and developed as a modern and safe waste recycling centre.

Since the opening of the sorting plant in the territory of SIA Getliņi EKO on 26 October 2015, biodegradable waste has been used for production of biogas, meanwhile materials and metal products useful for processing have been delivered to companies engaged in the recovery and recycling of these materials.

Idea.

To develop a dynamic identity with different graphic element shapes, combinations of which can create new visuals. All graphic elements are being used, sorted and reused that symbolises the mission of the company 










The logotype is based on iconic typeface. The graphic part of the logo consists of vivid and bright colours and various shaped. Each logo detail can be deconstructed and re used in order to create new visual compositions without loosing the style of identity. 

In other words — ecological. 🍃












Background colour 
and text combinations.

The idea of the initial Getliņi eco colour palette takes it roots from the various colours and colour combinations that can be found in a waste landfill. Vivid and unpredictable colour combos translate the idea of diversity and recycling. 

Getliņi eco brand treats colour not as a single isolated piece of visual information, but more as a combination.
